BexleyCo Homes, a residential developer, has been established to deliver quality private and affordable homes.
We are building attractive new houses and apartments for local people first, enabling them to live and remain in the local area.
There will be homes for sale, and through a Provider Partner, homes for shared ownership and affordable rent too. Returns generated by the sale of new homes will be directly reinvested back into services and facilities for Bexley's residents.
Starting on site in December 2019 is the BexleyCo Homes development at Old Farm Place, an exciting scheme of 58 houses and apartments in Sidcup that will include enhancements to the adjacent public parkland. Delivery of the first homes is expected in 2021.
BexleyCo Homes is wholly owned by the London Borough of Bexley.
