BexleyCo Homes has been granted planning permission to deliver an exciting new residential scheme adjacent to Lesney Park Road in Erith, providing more much-needed homes to Bexley’s residents.
The scheme will deliver 17 two, three and four-bedroom family houses set in a pleasant neighbourhood.
As with all of the houses and apartments delivered by BexleyCo Homes, local people will have the opportunity to buy first, meaning that they can remain in the area in which they grew up without giving up their ambition of owning a home. In addition, BexleyCo Homes will provide eight one-bedroom, supported-living apartments for residents with learning disabilities.
Michael Hill, Chairman of BexleyCo Homes, comments: “We’ve designed a quality development that will be an attractive addition to the existing community, complementing the surrounding neighbourhood. What’s more, the sale of homes will generate vital funding for Bexley Council, to fund services for all of Bexley residents.”
An extensive landscaping and planting strategy will see 26 extra trees planted as part of the development, as well as mixed hedgerows, grasslands and flower verges. The supported-living homes will have an ecological brown roof.
